We plan our delivery routes by area to keep things running smoothly. While we aren’t able to guarantee exact delivery times, you’ll receive a message a day or two beforehand with your scheduled window. If anything changes, we’ll be sure to keep you updated!

Every package comes carefully designed, but you can make it your own with a selection of add-ons available at checkout!

Yes! Removal is offered as an add-on. You can choose a pickup week in the first week of November. We’ll come by to clear away your display and leave your porch neat and tidy. If weather affects timing, we’ll stay in touch with updates.

Pumpkins are one-of-a-kind, which means their lifespan can vary depending on the weather and where they’re placed. We always pick the best ones for your porch, but since they’re natural, some may last longer than others. For your mums, give them a drink whenever the top inch or two of soil feels dry—this will keep them looking bright and beautiful all season long.

All sales are final since we source fresh items and plan delivery routes ahead of time. If something unexpected comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
